CANCELLATION POLICY: A 5% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations of confirmed reservations. The entire amount of the tour price is forfeited if cancellation is made for any reason within 48 hours of the scheduled tour departure date. A full refund will only be processed if your ship does not arrive in port or if it arrives too late for your intended tour and we are not able to accommodate you on a later departure time.

IMPORTANT: All of our tours require a PASSPORT, PASSPORT CARD, Nexus, Sentri or Enhanced Driver's License which needs to be on your person at the time of your tour.  Photo copies are not permitted. Please note, Enhanced Driver's Licenses are not RealIDs and are only issued in 5 states.  Children 15 and younger only need a birth certificate if they are a US or Canadian citizen.
